Acceptance Of Terms

By using this website, requesting a proposal, approving an order or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms and any written scope or order details provided for the project. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services And Scope

The exact deliverables, quantity, target pages, timelines, pricing and approval process will be defined in the proposal, invoice, order confirmation or written communication.

SEO and link-building services involve third-party websites, changing search systems and external factors. ZentroLinks does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, lead volume or permanent publication unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project details, URLs, content, access and approvals on time.
• Confirm that target pages, products and claims comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
• Review proposed websites, topics, anchors or content within the agreed approval period.
• Avoid requesting misleading, illegal, harmful or restricted content.

Publisher And Third-Party Conditions

Guest posts and niche edits may be placed on independently operated websites. Publishers can change editorial rules, turnaround times, page design, links, content or ownership.

If a publisher rejects a submission or becomes unavailable before delivery, ZentroLinks may offer a comparable replacement, revise the opportunity or refund the undelivered portion where appropriate.

Content And Approvals

Content created for a campaign may be edited by a publisher to meet its guidelines. Clients must communicate mandatory factual, legal or brand requirements before approval.

Once content or a placement is approved and submitted, later changes may require additional fees or may not be possible.

Payments

Payment terms are stated on the invoice or proposal. Work may begin after full payment, a deposit or another agreed milestone. Late or incomplete payment may pause delivery.

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion or payment processing fees unless stated otherwise.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but can be affected by client approvals, publisher response, technical access and third-party delays. A delay alone does not create a right to cancel completed or committed work.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, clients may use original content created specifically for their project, subject to publisher rights and any third-party assets or licenses.

ZentroLinks retains ownership of internal methods, templates, research systems and pre-existing materials.

Prohibited Use

Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful activities. We may refuse or cancel work involving prohibited products, fraudulent claims, malware, harassment or manipulation that creates unreasonable legal or reputational risk.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZentroLinks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, search engine changes, publisher actions, lost profits or business interruption.

Any direct liability connected to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that affected service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing arrangement according to the written scope. Completed work, committed publisher costs and approved deliverables remain payable.

Governing Terms And Changes

These Terms may be updated as services and legal requirements change. The current version applies from the date shown unless a separate signed agreement controls the project.
